What you are losing right now

People are already searching for you in Maps. The question is whether they get as far as calling.

Your Google Maps listing gets shown, but without a system most of those views never turn into a call or a booking. Here is the rough order of magnitude.

The model is simple and checkable: views → enquiries → customers → revenue. The rates used are industry averages, not your actual numbers.

Estimated revenue left on the table

a month — as things are set up today

An estimate only. The calculation uses industry averages and is not a promise of results for your business. I will give you exact figures after the free audit.

The difference

An agency, a freelancer, or one person who owns the result

An agency

  • Long approvals and internal process
  • Templated solutions built for your segment
  • You talk to an account manager, not the person doing the work
  • Small account, low priority

A freelancer

  • Cheaper, but can go quiet on you
  • Deadlines move
  • Usually covers one channel out of the ones you need
  • Nobody owns the result end to end

Me

  • One person accountable for the whole result
  • Direct contact, no middle layer
  • Live in 1–2 weeks
  • Channels, analytics and automation as one system

You do not need a marketing department. You need one person who builds the machine — and automates it.

Guarantee

My guarantee, in writing

If the system does not bring you enquiries in the first month, I work the second month free.

Guarantee terms
  • An enquiry means an inbound call, a form submission or a messenger message from a potential customer.
  • The guarantee applies to Lead Launch and above: Local Presence has no advertising channel, so there is no managed flow to guarantee.
  • It requires an ad budget at or above the level recommended for the package, running continuously for the month.
  • Approvals on your side within 2 business days: without access and sign-off the system does not go live.
  • It requires that you answer the calls and reply to the enquiries the system sends you — I can put people in front of you, I cannot answer for you.
  • "Free" means my management fee for the second month. Ad spend is still paid to the platforms — I cannot waive somebody else’s invoice.
How it works

A sales factory: channels in, calls and bookings out

Not a list of services — one system. Each channel does its job, and what comes out the other end are enquiries you can count.

Google Maps Google Ads SEO YouTube Facebook & Instagram Ads TikTok Ads LinkedIn Ads Email Click Call / enquiry Booking Sale $ enquiries
Google Maps Listing, reviews, photos, categories — so you get found nearby.
Google Ads Search and Maps ads across your city's suburbs you service.
SEO Organic search: enquiries you do not pay for click by click.
YouTube Short clips of real jobs — recognition before anyone starts searching.
Facebook & Instagram Ads Suburb-level reach and retargeting for people who already visited.
TikTok Ads Vertical video: demand that has not reached search yet.
LinkedIn Ads Reaching business clients and head contractors if you work B2B.
Email Winning back past customers and reminders for seasonal work.

Eight channels — Google Maps, Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email and SEO — all feed one pipeline: a click becomes a call or an enquiry, an enquiry becomes a booking, a booking becomes a sale. What you see at the end is the number of enquiries, not “impressions” and “reach”.

You get on with the job. The machine brings the customers.

Approach

Why this works as a system, not as luck

01

The multiple touch rule

Local services are rarely booked on the first impression. Someone sees you in Maps, then in search, then in their feed — and calls once the name is familiar.

02

The Pareto principle in advertising

A small share of search terms brings most of the enquiries. I find that share first and expand from there, not the other way around.

03

LTV against CAC

What matters is not the cost per click, but what a customer costs to win and what they are worth over the life of the relationship.

04

Trust signals in map services

Photos, reviews, response time and a complete listing influence the choice more than your position in the results.

Case studies with numbers

My projects run in the US, EU and Eastern European markets — different markets, same mechanics. I am building my client list in your city right now, and the method is the same one I am now bringing to local business here. You get the attention, and the customer acquisition cost, of a client who came in first — and if you are one of my first clients in your city and it works, I will ask you for a video testimonial like the ones below. That is the deal.

Who does the work

I do not build advertising — I build a customer acquisition system

Stanislav Pirogov

My name is Stanislav Pirogov. For more than 10 years, I have helped local businesses, e-commerce brands, service providers and B2B companies attract customers and increase sales through integrated digital marketing.

I bring together Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, SEO, email marketing, analytics, CRM systems and AI-powered automation to create one connected system focused on measurable business outcomes: qualified enquiries, sales and profit.

My professional career did not begin in marketing. I graduated from an aerospace university and progressed from a production supervisor to the head of a manufacturing department operating five-axis CNC machining centres at an aircraft factory. This experience gave me a genuine understanding of how businesses work from the inside — from managing teams and production processes to taking responsibility for deadlines, quality and results.

At the same time, I developed an interest in website design and development. One day, I suggested building a website for the factory, and the director approved the idea. That project marked the beginning of my career in digital marketing.

I later completed a marketing programme accredited by the European Marketing Confederation at NIMA. Today, I continue to develop my expertise in analytics, automation, artificial intelligence and modern advertising technologies, allowing me to introduce solutions that help businesses grow faster and more efficiently.

I do not begin by simply launching ads. First, I study the product, market, competitors, target audience and customer journey. I then identify where the business is losing potential leads and sales before building an integrated system that connects paid advertising channels, websites and landing pages, analytics and conversion tracking, CRM and lead management, email marketing, and automation of routine processes.

My goal is not to spend your advertising budget and present an impressive report filled with clicks. It is to build a measurable and manageable marketing system that consistently generates more qualified enquiries, customers and profit.

I am not a traditional agency with account managers, middlemen and layers of communication. You work directly with the specialist who develops the strategy, implements it, monitors performance, optimises the campaigns and takes personal responsibility for the quality of the work.

That is why I only work with a limited number of clients at any one time. Effective marketing requires a deep understanding of the business, ongoing analysis and personal attention. Without these, integrated marketing quickly becomes little more than a standard set of advertising campaigns with no meaningful impact on the bottom line.

My availability is therefore limited. If you are looking for more than someone who simply manages advertising — and want a specialist who will understand your business and build a complete customer acquisition system — get in touch today. I will review your project, assess its potential and let you know whether I can take it on in the near future.

Questions

Fair questions

You are not in Australia. How does that actually work?

I run Google Ads accounts for Australian businesses remotely — the same way your accountant does not need to be in your workshop to do your books. The work happens inside Google’s and Meta’s platforms, which do not care where I sit. Before I write a single ad I go through your suburb’s search volume, what your competitors are bidding on and what people are actually typing into Google when they need your trade — that research is the job, the postcode I do it from is not. What I will not do is pretend to be local: I will not come to your site, and I will not be at the local business breakfast. If that is what you need, hire someone in your city. If you want the campaigns run properly, keep reading.

What are your hours? I am in your city.

I do not keep fixed office hours in your city, but you will not wait long: messages get a reply within one business day, usually the same day, and anything account-breaking — a spend spike, a disapproved ad — I catch through alerts, not by waiting for you to notice. If a call is useful, message me a couple of times that suit you and I will match one. You will have my direct WhatsApp and email, not a ticket system.

Do I pay you the advertising budget?

No. You pay Google and Meta directly, from your own card, into ad accounts registered in your business name. I never hold your ad money. My invoice covers the setup fee and the monthly management fee — nothing else.

Why does it matter that I pay the platforms directly, not you?

Two reasons. First, GST credits: when an agency buys the media, the platform’s tax invoice is made out to the agency, and the GST credit goes to them, not you — paid directly, it is yours. On a $3,000 monthly budget that is roughly $270 a month you would otherwise hand away. Second, there is no hidden margin: some agencies buy media in bulk and resell it to you at a mark-up you never see. I physically cannot do that, because your money never passes through me.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. Every account is created in your business name and I am added as a manager so I can do the work. If you decide to stop, I remove my access and you keep everything — the campaigns, the conversion history, the audience lists, the pixel data. Ask an agency this question before you sign with them: some of them run your ads inside their own account, which means you leave with nothing and start from zero.

How do payment and invoicing work?

I work under an agreement as an external contractor. GST is not charged on my services — the invoice shows exactly the amount listed on this page. Ad budget is paid by you directly to the platforms, billed to your own details, and is not included in the price.

How much should I be spending on ads?

It depends on your trade and your suburb, and I will give you a real number after I look at the auction, not before. As a rough shape: under about $1,500 a month rarely buys enough clicks to learn anything, so the campaign never gets past guessing. Between $2,000 and $6,000 a month is where most single-van and small-crew businesses in your city land. If your budget is below the point where I think it can work, I will tell you that on the first call and will not take the job.

What exactly does your guarantee cover?

If you do not get a single enquiry in your first month, I work your second month free. An enquiry is a call, a form submission or a message from a potential customer — not an impression or a click. It applies from the day campaigns go live, requires the agreed ad budget to have actually run, and requires that you answer the calls and reply to the enquiries — I can put people in front of you, I cannot answer for you. "Free" means my management fee; ad spend is still paid to the platforms. Full terms are in the Guarantee section and in the agreement.

How long until I see leads?

One to two weeks from the moment I have access, depending on whether you need a website built. The first 30 days are partly a paid learning period — the account is working out which searches turn into jobs and which waste your money — so cost per enquiry typically drops between month one and month three as that data builds up.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Maybe not — send me the link and I will tell you straight. Plenty of sites are fine to advertise to once the tracking is fixed and a couple of pages are sharpened up. Some sites will burn your ad budget no matter what I do to the campaigns, usually because they are slow on mobile or do not say which suburbs you cover. If that is yours, I will show you exactly what it is costing you and let you decide.

Do I own the website you build?

Yes. The domain stays in your name, the hosting account is yours, and you get full admin access. It is not rented from me and does not switch off if you stop working with me.

Am I locked into a contract?

No lock-in contracts on ongoing management: monthly support can be stopped with 30 days notice, no exit fee, no clawback of the setup cost. One-off implementation is paid once.

Why you instead of an agency in your city or a cheap freelancer?

Against an agency: you get the person who actually does the work, not an account manager sitting between you and a junior who runs twenty accounts off a template — and you do not pay for their office or their margin on your media buy. Against a cheap freelancer: I have more than ten years of paid acquisition behind me and I will show you the numbers. Cheap usually means someone who sets up a campaign, turns on automated bidding, and never opens it again — you find that out in month three when you check what a lead cost you. I am not the cheapest option in either direction; if price is the deciding factor, I am the wrong call.

What do you need from me to get started?

About an hour, spread across the first two weeks: a 30-minute brief on what you do, where you work and which jobs you want more of; access to your Google Maps listing and any existing accounts; and a card to set up billing on the ad accounts. Real photos of your work from your phone help more than stock imagery. After that, I come back to you when there is something to decide.

How do I know what is working?

A live dashboard, not a spreadsheet once a month: spend, calls, form fills, cost per enquiry, which searches produced them — open it any time on your phone. Plus a short written summary each month covering what changed, what it cost, and what I am doing next.

What happens on the first call?

I look at your market before we speak, so it is not a discovery interview. I will tell you what people in your suburb are searching for, roughly what a lead costs in your trade right now, and whether I think this will work for you at the budget you have in mind. If I do not think it will work, I will say so on that call.
